Day 7 - Work Work Work

Today is like a normal school day in Wuhan. We all wake much earlier than the rest of the days we are here. The sunrise in Wuhan usually much faster than in Singapore this is around 6.30am. It feels so refreshing to wake up very early in the morning with this cold weather. All of my roommates have their own sweet time getting ready for school.

Taking a break!

Having some Fun in Class

We meet up with all the girls again before we are going to class. Today lesson start from 9am and end at 11pm. In order for us not get sleepy in class, we brought some snacks to energise ourselves. Ms Neo teaches us about the different type of resources in a Single project. It is a quite interesting chapter as we need to differentiate the different type of resources that need to come first before any other activities can start their process.

Delicious!

HoT! Plate

We have our lunch at a new canteen that is located above another canteen. It took us 5min to reach to the new canteen and the canteen is very empty. There is very little WUST students eating at the canteen as the food there is much expensive than the other canteens located around the WUST campus. Most of the dishes that the stall is selling are like clay pot and hotplate. When I look around the canteen and see the WUST students eating the different type of dish, my stomach start to growl and all the guys can’t wait to try the dishes.

So many court.

Nice scenery!

When I was walking back to my dormitory after lesson, I saw many WUST students playing sports such as badminton, table tennis and basketball. Within the school campus, there are also many table tennis tables and also badminton courts not only catering to WUST students but also open to public. I can see that many students are active in sports as they want to keep themselves fit.

Line-Dancing at the street!

Having my dinner at a Fast Food Restaurant. :D

Around 7pm, we went for dinner at a nearby fast food restaurant, CNHLS. On our way there, we saw a few large groups of ladies doing line-dancing. It’s my first time seeing large group of ladies dancing on the street and it only occur every Wednesday night. Quite a special experience!!!

Reflection
Today, I have learnt a lot in class that is important to use the different types of single project as and know the different category of resources as it can help us in our future prospects. Due to the fact that I’m a Malay and only restricted to halal food, there is quite a lot variety of food that i cannot try, nevertheless, those food that i am able to eat are also quite delicious. The ladies dancing in the street with the companion of music is another scene that cannot be found in Singapore. Perhaps this is their speciality. Overall, i enjoyed myself.
